BMS Apartment Management is a trusted property management resource, designed to help you protect your investment. We offer full-service and Flex Apartment Management for residential properties. Having been in the trenches for the last 27 years, with on-site new home and condominium sales and on-site apartment leasing, we know what goes into recruiting, training and managing the right team for your property. Property Management

Our full-service initiative gives you, the apartment owner, a choice of a conventional apartment management program, daily on-site Management, Maintenance, Leasing, Staffing, Rent Collection, Resident Relations and Accounting at very reasonable rates.

An alternative, our Flex Program, gives you more control. You have the opportunity to manage the financials of your property. Allowing you better control and lower management fees while we handle the daily on-site physical side of managing your property which includes Maintenance, Leasing, Staffing, Rent Collection and Resident Relations.

Marketing / Lease-Up

We work with owners on their new properties and existing properties to lease up and/or reposition/rebrand their place in the market. We do this by developing market research along with developing a strategic plan and budget. Our Lease Up team is experienced and ready take on any challenge ensuring your success.

Right from our inception, 28 years ago, Builder Marketing Services, Inc. (BMS) has partnered with builders and developers to provide management and staffing for on-site new home sales and on-site apartment leasing. We added Marketlogics LLC, our market research company to be able to measure demand and to create expert competitive property analysis, better positioning our client’s projects against the competition. With our continued Leasing success, we expanded to include our residential apartment management company, BMS Apartment Management.
